Description

This series contains photographs, architectural drawings and newspaper clippings related to named office buildings in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, Auckland New Zealand and Singapore in the 1950s and 1960s. The photographs in this series were published in the Cross-Section newsletter between 1954 and 1970. Notable architects include Stephenson & Turner, Harry Seidler, Lawson Cheesman Doley & Partners and Bates Smart & McCutcheon. Notable photographers include Max Dupain, Wolfgang Sievers, David Moore, Harry Sowden, Ingerson-Arnold and Mark Strizic.
